Thanks for all your concern guys! I really appreciate it.
Getting back on track in my health. I think procrastination caught me in this area to start things with.
I will go like I must really take care of my health, drink more water, control the kind of food I take, etc, etc when I am sick or recovering from it but will always delay in getting what I said implemented when 'all is well'.
This is bad. BUT thank God for this 'life saving' message by Pst Tan last week, on 'Right decision - Your key to success.' Really powerful. It blew me off. Let me do a recap on some of the key points here...
'To get where you want to go, we must start at where we are.'
'Decisiveness is the quality which brings changes.'
By having the 'maybe I will do tomorrow' mindset, we unknowingly stands on the side of the enemy of decisiveness, ambivalence(continual fluctuation) because we have the energy of ambivalence which is procrastination.
Ways to break procrastination...
Activate your planner ( he who reads it runs with it.)
Break large tasks (to smaller steps.)
Create a deadline (instead of soon as it may imply 1 day, 1 month, or even one year)
Deal with mess (don't be disorganized. Having tons of stuffs on your table does not mean you are busy.[Ha])
Encourage yourself. (speak and think positively!)
Face your fears ( fear of the need to do many stuffs to get this task and that task completed)
Goals review ( it is indeed highly motivating to start the day off with 'things-to-do' list and to strike them off upon completing them.)
Hang on, don't give up. (don't listen to the naysayers!)
Initiate now, today. ( we are still procrastinating if we do not take our own initiative to start off)
I shall try to commit them into memory...
He went on sharing on the Power of Savings which nevertheless amazed me.
Imagine this... If you were given a choice, would you rather take $1,000,000 immediately or to learn how to multiply your money two times each day, starting with a pathetic 1 cent?

Well, I chose to take the money straight away. Read on...
Peter (faked person) chose to learn how to multiply his money 2 times a day, starting from 1 cent. Thus, he was challenged for a month (31 days for this instance), to see how much would he actually get aft the 31 days...
So the results...
Peter saved more than what I first took in the end!
What does this implies? Never underestimate the power of small beginnings. Although we may not start big, when we cast away all procrastination within us, being diligent, we will reap big!
:)
