Macau Trip Day 3/4
*P/S: Get ready to see more human faces than scenery pictures.. :P
Finally, I brought my 0° geeky glasses out, on the third day...
In the bus, to the first destination of the day...

Reached! We finally climbed up to Mount Fortree!
We were sweating like crazy. It is shown clearly in some of the pictures... HA.

I think it is worth it! To be able to capture such views after the 'hard work'.
It is 50% of Macau!

The weather... hot Hot HOT!

standing in front of the yellow line... ha

Now, the ruins of St Paul Church. It was being bombed 3 times.
Thus, these are the remains.

and then.. it was time for a lil rest.

The front view

We also managed to visit one of the houses remained
after few hundred years. This is special as other than this
unit, the rest are now shops...

See the roof? It is designed so as to let natural light shine in during the day.

Don't this look familar? When you discuss family matters,
etc etc... you know, you know? As TV programs would show.

Now, what happens when it rains?
See the hole on the top right corner? It is the solution.
Having the shape of a 'tong ban' (AKA the coins ancient people used),
this signifies prosperity flowing through.

Random.... We wanted to buy this (few 'stalls' besides this ancient unit)

You see.. Nicely presented. Tempting! Didn't in the end,
as we are going to have lunch soon.

We were given 30 to 45 minutes of free time to walk around before lunch.
Thus, to quench our thirst, we went in here... :)
*saw? anyone who sit without ordering anything got to pay HKD5, which is around 1 Sing Dollar...LOL. -.-

And finally, it was time to go to the restaurant to eat...
We were not pleased with the service there. There was this
one guy commenting nasty stuffs in Cantonese , thinking that
none of us could understand, while serving us.. No customer first mindset man...
Food was average there...
Ling Ers went back to the hotel after that as our dearest Mei Wen was not feeling well.
So we gave Grand Prix Car Museum and Red Wine Museum a miss. I am glad that she is much better after resting! And thus, we managed to go back to the central of Macau to shop. Remember me mentioning to go back for cheap stuffs and that we went the wrong way? LOL.
Yeah, let's continue... =)
Settled our dinner at this Japanese Restaurant.
Nice food, Nice people, Nice Service! ;)

Our much better Mei Wen!

Lastly, this was what I had... Yummy!

So, after the fulfilling dinner, we went to shop... However, Nothing much caught my attention. Bought only one shirt and one belt, one socking, 2 pairs of socks, one purse and a bag for myself... the design is... the opposite of unique. We were not satisfied, at all. :( Well, cannot be blamed, Macau is really NOT an ideal place to shop... Seriously.
Realized that the number of photos I took for Macau Trip is WAY LESSER than Taiwan Trip. Well, expected. HAHA.
Although some of the services the staffs gave was 'boohoo', I am thankful for Ling Ers and everyone who made the trip a good one, at least. I love this day's scenery though. Finally left with day 4. Stay tunned! ;)
