I am so 'happy'...

Jo and her friends Natasha and Sally came to interview (read on for more details) moments ago and this was what Ken (my manager) said while we were on the way to the meeting room...

Ken: Let me guess... *pointed at Jo* she is your sister...
Me: Yeah. HAHA.
Ken: hen xiang! (very alike!)
Me: A lot of people says that.
Ken: but she looks like your mei mei.
Me:*sian look* wo na li hui xiang ta de jie jie (I where got look like her elder sister)?
Ken: aye, shi zhe yang de la (it is like that one la), I so young people call me uncle
Jo: *super happy...*

....


hahahaahahahhahahahhaa. LOL!!

I am still young ok! Just that I wore a bit more mature today lah... That's all...

as you probably could see, I am trying to console myself.

Very funny lor... my next door neighbour and the uncle who sells newspaper downstairs, for a few times, asked if I just came back from work (i was wearing my school uniform -.-)...

anyway, I am enjoying every single moment of being a nineteen year old before I turn 20 months later..Yeah!!

anyone of you are interested in taking up a 3 days NATAS Fair job?

Venue: Expo
Date: 27th & 28th Feb, 1st Mar. (Friday, Sat, Sun)
Job: Give out flyers, quote price of various tour packages to customers.
Pay: $80/day

Outdates and Updates =)

whooo. blogged more than a week plus ago. so what happened after the last post? 17TH DECEMBER - it was Binn's 19th Birthday! Managed to sing a song for her at 00:17. Though failed acting dolly; I sounded like a drunkard for some reason. HA. :) Anyway, Happy birthday to you! Met up with Mei Juan, Shimin, Huiyi, Amelia and irritating orange TGX (really look and behave like one lor, Ame! ahhaa) after work at night! SIDETRACK: AH. Watched 'Irritating Orange' on You Tube via GX's new Iphone (!!!). Trust me, it is realllly cute and err, irritating!! Shall post it up soon. :) Anyway, went to 'Tian Tian Huo Guo' to eat… got reminded by the SOT days; one of the gatherings were held there as well. :) It was reallly 'cold' altho we were sweating away… I mean, when all the chessy people like GX and Huiyi are around, how not? LOL. anyway, it was a great catching up eventho it was just over dinner. Love ya all! Really thankful for you guys… :) wahaha! we wore like how...

Friends, reflections

How was the week for all of you out there? Mine? It was a fruitful one. A great time of catching up with friends... :) Monday* Went for Youth Mtg with PK aft work. It was a time of refreshing. and re-dedication. To cling on the Lord what come may. and this is way beyond religion, but a pure dedication. 10 years down the road, I am visualizing it now that the next gen will take the baton and run the race with unbeatable passion! I want to be part of this. Yes and Amen! Easier said and done. I relay on you... :) Tuesday* Met up with Mei Juan after our work! We went to Bugis to have our dinner together. It was a simple belated meet up session as well! :) We dined at QQ noodles along Bugis Street but it was simply yucky. Seriously. BUT hey! nah, that wasn't the highlight. hurhurhur. thank you for all these years babe!! Now that you have turned twenty one, i am believing with you to have greater breakthrus and boldness in everything you set your heart to do! JIAYOU! and... I believe God...
